Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Listed below are the
terms and conditions for our Pre Paid or Complimentary Tickets.

Conditions of Use

Your pre-paid or complimentary must be surrendered at concessions for your actual ticket
on the day of viewing.


Your Pre-Paid or Complimentary Ticket:

One Ticket One Entry

Does not guarantee you admission to any performance. Performances may sell out. You
are advised to come early to any showing that you feel may be busy.

Cannot be redeemed for special or group events.

Does not include complimentary 3D glasses. 3D glasses must be purchased separately
at an additional cost.

Does not include a Supplement applied to 3D Screenings

Cannot be used to pre-book or secure a seat in our cinemas in advance of a performance. If you wish to book
in advance, you must purchase a standard ticket from us.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

Cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given irrespective of
cinema pricing.

Cannot be sold without the prior written consent of Showtime Cinemas Ltd.

Cannot be used for special performances live or recorded, of Ballets, Operas, Plays, Concerts or Sporting Events.

If a pre paid ticket includes a food or beverage offering that is unavailable on the day of your visit, Showtime Cinemas will endeavour to offer you a replacement product, but this product will not be required to be of the same value as stipulated on the price lists.
